World Reach Health LLC – Communications Privacy Policy

World Reach Health LLC (“World Reach Health,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains this Communications Privacy Policy to describe the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of information obtained through telephonic and electronic messaging communications, including but not limited to voice calls and SMS/text messages.
This policy applies to all inbound and outbound communications conducted by or on behalf of the Company in connection with its business operations, including billing and payment notifications, accounts receivable management, sales outreach, customer support, and related business activities.
Information Collected
In the course of such communications, the Company may collect, receive, and maintain certain information, including without limitation: names, telephone numbers, email addresses, call recordings, voicemail messages, text message content and history, internal notes or summaries of communications, and payment-related confirmations. The Company does not intentionally collect or transmit full financial account details via unsecured communication channels except as necessary and appropriate for business purposes.
Use of Information
Information collected through telephonic and messaging communications may be used for purposes including, but not limited to: facilitating billing and payment communications; managing and collecting outstanding accounts; responding to inquiries and providing customer support; conducting sales and marketing outreach where permitted by applicable law; maintaining internal business records; quality assurance and training; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and enforcement of contractual rights.
Consent to Communications
By providing contact information to the Company or otherwise engaging in communications with the Company, individuals acknowledge and agree that the Company and its authorized representatives may contact them via telephone calls and text messages for operational, transactional, and, where permitted by applicable law, marketing purposes. Where required by law, the Company will seek to obtain appropriate consent prior to initiating certain categories of communications. Individuals may opt out of receiving text message communications at any time by replying “STOP,” subject to reasonable processing time.
Call Recording
All calls may be monitored and recorded by the Company for purposes including, without limitation, quality assurance, training, compliance, documentation, and dispute resolution. By participating in any call with the Company, the individual acknowledges and consents to such recording to the extent permitted under applicable law.
HIPAA-Conscious Practices
The Company acknowledges its role within the healthcare-related industry and undertakes reasonable efforts to limit the inclusion and transmission of protected health information (“PHI”) through unsecured communication channels, including SMS/text messaging. Notwithstanding the foregoing, electronic communications may not be secure, and the Company disclaims any guarantee of confidentiality with respect to information transmitted via such channels. Any handling of PHI shall be conducted in a manner intended to align with applicable privacy and security requirements.
Disclosure of Information
The Company may disclose communication-related information to third parties as reasonably necessary to support legitimate business operations, including, without limitation: authorized sales representatives; collection agencies engaged in accounts receivable management; legal counsel and compliance personnel; regulatory authorities; and service providers engaged to facilitate communication infrastructure and related services. Such disclosures shall be limited to the minimum information necessary to achieve the intended purpose.
Third-Party Service Providers
The Company utilizes third-party platforms, including Lightspeed, to support communication activities. Such providers may process or store communication data on behalf of the Company and are subject to their own applicable privacy and security obligations.
Data Retention
The Company retains call recordings, message content, and related communication data for such period as deemed necessary in the Company’s sole discretion to fulfill operational, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including but not limited to dispute resolution and enforcement of rights.
International Communications
Communications and associated data may be transmitted to, stored in, and processed within the United States or other jurisdictions in which the Company or its service providers operate. By engaging in communications with the Company, individuals acknowledge and consent to such cross-border transfer and processing.
